It’s manufactured from a premium ceramic aluminium oxide grain, which provides high levels of resistance to breakage and tearing. Sharp edges from the grain deliver aggressive material removal and give the Flap Disc self-sharpening properties.
The Flap Disc’s 6° Convex Angle generates a high removal rate on edges, weld seams and other small surfaces. The fan-shaped design produces a uniform scratch pattern on surfaces, eliminating the need to rework them.
