We’ve re-introduced our JLS Brace Squeezer. The squeezer is designed to shorten a “fixed” style (non-telescoping) brace in order to properly align parts. Think of the critical alignment of slide tubes, such as the third slide on a trumpet. If the brace is too tall, there is no way to align the slide-hence the Brace Squeezer.
The JLS Brace Squeezer holds the brace on center in its frame, allowing one to squeeze the frame in a vice. The vice applies the pressure to shorten the brace. The Brace Squeezer’s screws hold the frame in proper alignment to the brace.
What is “Batch Built”?Batch Built is a description we apply to our machined tools that are periodically made in batches.Each time we make a new batch, the product’s design, function, specifications, and materials are reviewed with the design and production teams.
